Sales channels let you distribute your active product catalog to external platforms where customers are already shopping. Cartble supports three sales channels — Google, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok — each with its own connection method. You manage all channel connections from the Sales Channels section in your admin dashboard.

Supported channels

Google

Connect to Google Merchant Center to show your products in Google Shopping results and ads.

Meta

Sync your catalog to Facebook and Instagram via a product feed URL for use in catalog ads.

TikTok

Sync your catalog to TikTok Shopping via a product feed URL.

Google channel

The Google channel connects your store to Google Merchant Center, which powers Google Shopping listings and Performance Max campaigns. Once connected, your active product catalog syncs to Merchant Center and your products can appear in Google Search shopping results and Google Shopping tabs. Connecting the Google channel requires authorization through your Google account. During the connection flow, Cartble stores an access token, a refresh token, and your Merchant Center merchant ID to keep the connection active and refresh it automatically when the access token expires.
1

Open Sales Channels

In your admin dashboard, navigate to the Sales Channels section.
2

Connect Google

Click Connect next to Google. You’ll be redirected to Google’s authorization screen.
3

Authorize access

Sign in with the Google account that has access to your Google Merchant Center account and grant the requested permissions.
4

Confirm your Merchant Center ID

After authorizing, confirm your Merchant Center merchant ID so Cartble knows which account to sync your products to.
5

Verify your feed

Return to Sales Channels and confirm the connection status shows as connected. Your product catalog will begin syncing to Merchant Center.

Meta channel (Facebook and Instagram)

The Meta channel uses a product feed to sync your catalog with Facebook and Instagram. Cartble generates a feed URL that you register in your Meta Commerce Manager. Once registered, Meta periodically fetches your product data from the feed to keep your catalog up to date for use in catalog ads and Instagram Shopping.
1

Open Sales Channels

Navigate to the Sales Channels section in your admin dashboard.
2

Enable the Meta channel

Click Connect next to Meta to enable the channel and generate your feed URL.
3

Copy your feed URL

Copy the feed URL shown after enabling the channel.
4

Register in Meta Commerce Manager

Go to your Meta Commerce Manager, open your catalog data sources, and add the feed URL as a scheduled feed. Set the fetch frequency according to how often you update your products.

TikTok channel

The TikTok channel works the same way as the Meta channel — Cartble generates a feed URL that you register in TikTok Seller Center to sync your product catalog with TikTok Shopping.
1

Open Sales Channels

Navigate to the Sales Channels section in your admin dashboard.
2

Enable the TikTok channel

Click Connect next to TikTok to enable the channel and generate your feed URL.
3

Copy your feed URL

Copy the feed URL shown after enabling the channel.
4

Register in TikTok Seller Center

Go to your TikTok Seller Center, navigate to product catalog settings, and add the feed URL to sync your products.

What data is synced

All sales channels sync your active product catalog — the products you have published in your Cartble store. This includes product names, descriptions, prices, images, and inventory data. Unpublished or draft products are not included in the feed.
Changes to your products in Cartble are reflected in feed-based channels (Meta and TikTok) on the next scheduled fetch by those platforms. For the Google channel, updates sync according to Merchant Center’s crawl schedule.
Disconnecting a channel stops the sync but does not automatically remove your products from the external platform. You may need to manually remove the feed or catalog in the respective platform’s settings.
